About me
I am currently an assistant professor in the Department of Mathematics and Industrial Engineering at Polytechnique Montreal.
Before joining Polytechnique Montreal, I was an assistant professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at California State University Long Beach.
Prior to that, I was an assistant professor-fixed-term in the Department of Computational Mathematics, Science and Engineering (CMSE) at Michigan State University and a member of the research group of Prof. Daniel Appelö. I was also a postdoctoral researcher at McGill University in the research group of Prof. Jean-Christophe Nave in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.
My research interests focus on numerical methods for PDEs, particularly in computational electromagnetics. I am mainly interested in the following topics:
- High-order methods for embedded boundary and interface problems
- Hermite methods
- p-curl problem
- Nonlinear dispersive media
Education
- Ph.D. in Engineering Mathematics, Polytechnique Montréal, Montréal, Canada, 2018
